1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship products within India. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of placing your order.
2. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.
3. Shipping Methods
We partner with trusted courier services to ensure timely and safe delivery of your products. Shipping methods include:
- Standard Delivery
- Express Delivery (if available)
4. Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery: All the products which are purchased will be delivered within 5-7 business days from the date of shipment.
- Express Delivery: Delivered within 2-3 business days from the date of shipment. (If applicable in your area)
Delivery times may vary based on your location and unforeseen factors like weather, strikes, or natural disasters.
5. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: Available on orders above 4000rs (if applicable).
- For orders below the free shipping threshold, a nominal shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s progress.
7. Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts
In case of unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect address, unavailability, or other reasons:
- The courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
- If delivery fails, the package will be returned to us, and additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
- If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@loxora.in or +91-9226580050 with supporting photos or documentation.
- We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
9. Changes to Shipping Address
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at contact@loxora.in. Address changes may not be possible once the order is shipped.
10. International Shipping
Currently, we do not ship to locations outside India.
